His contributions toward Taekwondo and its development is unprecedented. The Great Grandmaster Lee holds the 10th DAN, the highest rank attainable in Taekwondo throughout the world.
The Han Moo Kwan's logo or symbol centered on its flag or banner is the colorful Korean Dragon.

The state-side representative of the Han Moo Kwan and Master Boyle's Han Moo Kwan Master Instructor is Grandmaster Won, In Hui, President of the U.S. Central Taekwondo Association and Grandmaster Won's Taekwondo of Oklahoma City. The U.S. Central Taekwondo Training Gym and office headquarters is located just south of Oklahoma City at 10801 S. Sunnylane and is housed in a 10,000 square foot building on 25 acres.
Grandmaster Won is directly under the Great Grandmaster Lee, Kyo Yoon and holds a 10th DAN from the Han Moo Kwan. He also holds an 9th DAN from the Kukkiwon as well as holding a rare (1st Class) International Referee Certification from the World Taekwondo Federation in Seoul, Korea.

In July of 1998, the Great Grandmaster Lee, Kyo Yoon was escorted to the State of Kansas (Wichita) by Grandmaster Won. This was his first visit to Kansas at my Do Jang. A large reception and gathering of U.S. Central Taekwondo Association instructors, students, and affiliates were on hand to offer their warm greetings, respect, and gratitude to the Han Moo Kwan Founder.
